Shipping and Payment Policy

This Shipping and Payment Policy explains how Northvale processes, ships and charges orders placed through www.northvalecanada.com. Northvale is a Canadian-facing online fashion store operated by DMD Management B.V.. We sell to customers in Canada only.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses in Canada.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- addresses outside Canada;
- PO boxes where delivery is not supported by the courier;
- poste restante or general delivery addresses;
- parcel forwarding services, freight forwarders or third-party logistics hubs.
2. Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on orders over CAD 75.
Orders below CAD 75 may be subject to a standard shipping fee. Any shipping fee will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete payment. There are no hidden handling fees added after checkout.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and operational closure days.
Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders placed after this time begin processing on the next business day.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Estimated delivery times
Our estimated shipping timeframe is:
Processing time: 1-3 business days
Delivery time after dispatch: 5-10 business days
Estimated total timeframe: 6-13 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, local delivery conditions, customs processing, severe weather, high seasonal volumes or circumstances outside our control.
5. Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is sent.
You can contact us at service@northvalecanada.com if your tracking does not update or if you need help locating your order.
6. Customs, duties and taxes
Because some orders may be shipped from international fulfillment partners, your parcel may pass through customs before delivery in Canada.
No additional charges upon delivery: Northvale covers applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees for your order. You will not be asked to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.
Your parcel may show an international origin on the shipping label. This is part of our direct-to-consumer fulfillment model and does not create any additional delivery charges for you.
7. Delivery issues
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days after dispatch, contact us at service@northvalecanada.com. We will review the tracking status and contact the courier or fulfillment partner where necessary.
Incorrect address: Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect the parcel.
Damaged parcel or item: If your item arrives damaged, email us at service@northvalecanada.com with your order number, a clear photo of the product, a photo of the packaging and a short explanation of the issue.
8. Payment methods
We accept the payment methods made available at checkout, which may include:

- Shop Pay
All prices are displayed in CAD unless stated otherwise. Your payment provider may apply its own fees or currency conversion charges if you use a non-Canadian payment method.
