These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of www.northvalecanada.com and to purchases made from Northvale. Northvale is operated by DMD Management B.V..
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Statement, Shipping and Payment Policy and Return and Refund Policy.

The business correspondence address is not a return address. Returns must be requested through customer support first.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your province or territory, to place an order through our website.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order or contacting us.
3. Personal use
Products sold through our website are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not purchase products for unauthorized resale without our written consent.
4. Products
We sell fashion products, including clothing, footwear, bags and accessories.
We aim to display product images, descriptions, colours, sizes and pricing accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings and device. Minor differences in colour, texture, packaging or measurements may occur.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are displayed in CAD unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees, where applicable, and any applicable charges will be displayed before payment. Standard shipping is free on orders over CAD 75.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed unless a clear pricing error has occurred.
6. Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical, typographical or system error, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If we cancel the order, we will refund the amount paid.
7. Orders and acceptance
After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we received your order. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonable, including where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be processed;
- fraud or misuse is suspected;
- the shipping address is not supported;
- a pricing or product information error occurred.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
8. Payment
You can pay using payment methods made available at checkout, which may include credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We are not responsible for payment failures or fees charged by your payment provider.
9. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Payment Policy.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, weather, local disruptions, seasonal volume or circumstances outside our control.
Because orders may be fulfilled through international partners, parcels may show an international origin. Northvale covers applicable customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees so that customers are not asked to pay additional import-related charges upon delivery.
10. Cancellation
You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order by emailing service@northvalecanada.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched.
11. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Change-of-mind return requests must be made within 30 calendar days from delivery. Sale items and Final Sale items are not returnable for change-of-mind reasons. This does not limit your rights if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.
12. Promotions, discounts and gift cards
Promotional codes, discounts and offers may be subject to additional conditions, expiry dates and exclusions.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. We may modify, suspend or cancel promotions at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders where the promotion has already been validly applied.
13. Website use
You agree not to:
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- interfere with website security or functionality;
- upload viruses, malicious code or harmful content;
- scrape, copy or extract website data without authorization;
- place false, speculative or fraudulent orders;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others.
14. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, design elements, graphics, logos, product presentation and layout, is owned by or licensed to Northvale or its service providers, unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our website content without written permission.

16. Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services such as payment providers, analytics tools, advertising platforms, shipping partners and apps.

17. Availability of the website
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw or modify the website for operational, security or commercial reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northvale and DMD Management B.V. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights related to defective, damaged or incorrect products.
19. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, pandemics, supplier delays, technical failures, government actions or other force majeure events.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new Last updated date. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
21. Governing law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a way that respects applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial consumer protection laws where they apply to Canadian customers. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.
